Sahaja Yoga Meditation runs always-free meditation classes. This page explains what we do with your information when you register for one.
What we collect
When you fill in one of our registration forms, including forms shown inside Facebook or Instagram ads, we receive the details you entered, typically your name and email address, and sometimes a phone number if the form asked for one. We also record whether you opened or clicked our emails, and whether you told us you were coming.
What we use it for
- sending you the details of the class you registered for, including reminders;
- letting you confirm or decline your place;
- keeping a count of who is expected, so we can plan the session.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for advertising.
Who can see it
Your details are held in our own database and are visible only to the people who organise these classes. We use Resend to deliver email, Supabase to store the data, and Vercel to run the website; each processes it only on our behalf.
Unsubscribing and deletion
Every email we send has an unsubscribe link, and using it stops all further email immediately. If you would like your details removed entirely, contact us and we will delete them.
How long we keep it
We keep registration details while you remain interested in attending classes. If you unsubscribe, we keep only the minimum needed to make sure we do not email you again by mistake.
